Planter Warranty

Pots, Planters & More stands behind the long-term performance of our commercial-grade fiberglass planters designed for demanding environments and high-traffic applications. Each planter carries a three (3) year warranty from the date of product acceptance. We warrant to the original purchaser that our commercial-grade fiberglass planters are manufactured using quality materials and workmanship and are free from defects under normal use and service conditions.

At its sole discretion, Pots, Planters & More will repair, replace, or issue credit for the original purchase price of any product found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, misuse, abuse, failure to follow provided care and installation instructions, unauthorized modifications, neglect, accidents, or other hazards. Any such conditions will void the three-year warranty.

To ensure maximum durability and longevity, each planter is shipped with detailed handling and planting instructions. Proper adherence to these guidelines is especially important for fiberglass planters for outdoor use. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring adequate drainage in all outdoor installations, particularly in climates subject to freezing temperatures, where improper drainage may result in damage.
